Cancellation Policy
We charge a 20% cancellation fee and any deposits made will be forfeited for any no show haircut or color that are not canceled 24 hours before scheduled appointment. For no show color appointments or not cancelled 24 hours in advance, you also be charged the 20% cancellation fee on top of the forfeited deposit.
